The ABT-1103 Base Station can be supplied, upon request, with additional features. For example, the ABT-1103 can support encrypted communications with Warship AIS (W-AIS) vessels.
It can also be equipped with a third receiver for communications on a dedicated private channel.
The ABT-1103 looks like a frame with the size of two standard 19” rack units.
